Deputy Headteacher for SEND & Inclusion 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher for SEND & Inclusion at Grasmere Primary School. The successful candidate will work alongside the Headteacher to support in the day to day leadership and management of our inclusive school as well as lead on SEND and Inclusion.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced dedicated individual:

• Who will provide leadership and management of the curriculum in order to secure the highest standards for teaching & learning.
• Who will support and hold accountable, develop and lead all staff to ensure highest standards of behaviour, achievement, attendance and the wellbeing of all staff and students.

• Who will be the Designated Safeguarding Lead and will build caring relationships, providing a friendly and warm welcome to our parents, governors and the wider community.

• Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school.
