The judges were really impressed by the quality of writing from the schools invited to enter: Kingsmead, Daubeney and Rushmore.
We are very proud to announce that the stories written by five children from Kingsmead were highly commended!

The children were invited to attend an exhibition of their work on the evening of 22nd May. They had a chance to chat about their work, enjoying refreshments and they were taken on a tour of Chats Palace. They even saw the roof cavity where the mysterious book and key were found!
