Kingsmead school uses Arbor Parent Portal, a secure online payment system.  This system allows you to make payments to our school using the Internet. Payments for wraparound care; breakfast club, after school clubs and after-school play centre, are all made online.

If you are a new to the school and do not yet have an activated account, please send an email to  admin@kingsmead.hackney.sch.uk  to request your child’s activation link. You will then receive an email informing you of your username.  The Parent Portal and Parent App leaflet posters are attached below.  Please follow the instructions on the attached logging in guide if required.  Once you have successfully logged in you may book and pay for our early start breakfast club and for Kingsmead or Mandeville's after school play centre. You will also be able to pay for any after-school clubs your child has been allocated by the school.

You can email admin@kingsmead.hackney.sch.uk with enquiries about paying for early start breakfast club, after-school clubs, play centre.  

We advise that you login to your child’s account regularly and make payments to avoid getting into debt.
